Privacy

Privacy policy for the public Adquant site.

This page explains what information the public marketing site processes today, what happens when you contact us, and how we intend to handle data as private product access expands.

Last updated April 2, 2026

What we collect

The public site primarily serves static marketing content. We may receive information you voluntarily submit through email, demo requests, or onboarding conversations, including your name, work email, company name, and domain.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provision private onboarding, understand product interest, and communicate about Adquant access, implementation, or support. We do not sell contact information gathered through the site.

Site telemetry

Hosting infrastructure may create standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for operational security, uptime, and abuse prevention. If analytics is enabled later, this policy will be updated to reflect that implementation.

Product data posture

The private application flow shown on the homepage is currently a product preview. When live crawling, authentication, and workspace storage are activated for customer accounts, we will document the relevant retention, subprocessors, and data access controls here.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared directly with us by contacting hello@adquant.ai. We will update or remove records where legally and operationally appropriate.
